David Dansereau is a licensed physical therapist, nutritionist, author, keynote speaker, and clinical PT consultant. He has an extensive healthcare background in rehabilitation, nutrition, fitness and wellness which includes invaluable experiences in diverse clinical care roles in all areas of physical therapy practice. These include individual and group rehabilitation, research, health IT / EMR training with a special interest in patient advocacy and development of technologies for stroke and neuromuscular rehabilitation and recovery. He has recently expanded my clinical experience as a PT consultant in digital medicine and RPM technologies for improved patient care. Furthermore, he is currently interested in verifying and validating digital therapeutics and wearable technologies and connecting them with the best patient engagement platforms for collecting and acting on meaningful patient-generated outcome data. He is looking to help develop innovative clinical physical therapy pathways to deploy these solutions by offering clinical insight and methods to improve the existing UI and patient experience.
David has a past proven portfolio which includes the effective deployment of proactive nutrition programs and rehab technologies to track patient performance and collect PRO data in both acute care, outpatient, research and corporate health settings. He is always interested in meeting with innovators in digital medicine that are interested in improving patient engagement and rehabilitation outcomes. He is also excited about the potential for these new tools and has the clinical experience and insight to meet their objectives in the fast-emerging connected health and digital medicine landscape.
