Lori Quinn, EdD, PT, is Associate Professor of Movement Sciences and Kinesiology, in the Department of Biobehavioral Studies at Teachers College, Columbia University; Adjunct Associate Professor of Rehabilitation and Regenerative Medicine (Physical Therapy) at Columbia University Irving Medical Center; and Honorary Research Fellow, Centre for Trials Research, Cardiff University, Cardiff UK. Dr. Quinn is also the director of the Neurorehabilitation Research Lab at Teachers College where she oversees research on physical activity and exercise in people with neurodegenerative diseases and disorders. She is the principal investigator of several clinical trials that use wearable technology for both assessment and intervention of physical activity and motor function in individuals with Huntington’s disease and Parkinson’s disease.
